By accessing or using any service provided by Zyrabit LTD (“Zyrabit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Description of Services

Zyrabit provides sovereign AI infrastructure software, including but not limited to: local inference engines (Cortex), small language model orchestration (Zyrabit SLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, privacy and redaction tooling (Gatekeeper FSM), and related deployment tooling for on-premise and air-gapped environments.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the services to process data in violation of applicable data protection laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary component of the software.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our software without explicit written permission.
• Use our services to develop competing products without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary components of Zyrabit software are the exclusive intellectual property of Zyrabit LTD. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses as published in the Zyrabit SLM repository.

6. Data and Privacy

Zyrabit's infrastructure is designed to operate entirely within your own perimeter. We do not collect, store, or process your operational data or the data processed by your deployed AI nodes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on any data collected through this website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyrabit LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Zyrabit in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
