This guide allows you to set up a sovereign AI node (Zyrabit SLM + Ollama + RAG) on Oracle Cloud Always Free Tier, using the Pay As You Go trick to bypass capacity limits. You use 4 OCPUs / 24 GB RAM ARM (Ampere A1 Flex), which is free for life if minimum usage is maintained.

Prerequisites

• OCI Always Free Account.
• SSH key pair generated.
• GitHub repo cloned locally.

Phase 1: Secure Network (VCN)
